Nanoscale Curvature Regulates YAP/TAZ Nuclear Localization Through Nuclear Deformation and Rupture

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study uses experiments and biophysical modeling to examine the response and adaptation of cells to nanoscale topography of surfaces. It is shown that cytoskeletal assembly and nuclear localization of transcription regulatory factors such as yes‐associated protein (YAP) and transcriptional coactivator with PDZ‐binding motif (TAZ) can be tuned by ...

Upcycling of Waste Fluororubber to Photocurable High‐Performance Vinyl‐Terminated Liquid Fluororubber by Multifield Coupling One‐Pot Stepwise Reactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Herein, waste fluororubbers undergo controlled oxidative degradation induced by alkali and hydrogen peroxide to yield carboxyl terminated liquid fluororubbers. Subsequently, condensation reaction system efficiently converts carboxyl groups into photoreactive vinyl groups.

All‐In‐One Flexible MXene/PET Films via Scalable Scanning Centrifugal Casting for High Transparency and Ultra‐Wide Multispectral Electromagnetic Responses

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, a novel all‐in‐one MXene/PET film with a highly aligned and compact structure is fabricated via a scanning centrifugal casting method. The resulting film exhibits high optical transparency, low sheet resistance, excellent infrared stealth, and ultra‐broadband electromagnetic shielding across GHz to THz frequencies, highlighting its great
