An infinite-stiffness aerostatic thrust bearing.
筆者らが考案した静圧式自動調整絞りを組み込んだ空気静圧スラスト軸受を製作してその特性を解析した結果, 次の結論を得た。(1) 400Nの荷重範囲において軸受の静剛性を無限大とすることができた.(2) 主軸受との調整軸受への空気供給圧比を調節することで軸受剛性を正, 無限大, 負と広い範囲で変更できた.(3) ステップ応答における整定時間は5msであり, 圧電素子を用いた自動調整絞りと同程度である.(4) 周波数応答より, 動的コンプライアンスは2Hz以下で1nm/N以下, 10Hzでも3nm/N程度であることが確認された.(5) 供給圧の変動に注意すれぽ10nm程度の軸位置安定性を得ることができる.以上により, 改良された静圧式自動調整絞り付空気静圧軸受は広い荷重範囲において無限大の静剛性を示し ...
