Air Film Temperature and Heat Partition Ratio in Aerostatic Journal Bearing

主軸径60mmのエアースピンドルユニットを製作し, ハウジング, ブッシュ, ブッシュ・空気膜界面, 流入・流出空気などの温度を, 20000回転までの範囲で測定した. 測定結果をもとに, 有限要素法解析によって熱配分割合を求めるための熱モデルを構築した. 解析から得られた温度は実測値とよく一致し, 供試ユニットにおいては, 主軸, ブッシュ, 排気への熱配分割合はおよそ1/3ずつであった. また, 軸受すきまの増加が空気膜温度の低減に最も効果的であること, ハウジング外径が空気膜温度に及ぼす影響などを明らかにしている.
