A serum and cream moisturization regimen outperforms separate use in sustaining hydration, reducing TEWL, and balancing surface lipids over an 8‐h study

Over 8 h, using a Hyaluronic Acid Serum in combination with a Moisturizing Cream sustained skin hydration more than either product alone, while lowering TEWL and normalizing surface lipids. A proposal for simplifying the labelling of sunscreens

International Journal of Cosmetic Science, EarlyView.
A binary system for classifying the magnitude of protection provided by topical sunscreens is proposed and examples of potential symbols for labelling sunscreens are illustrated here. Phototesting is limited to a single area of sunscreen‐protected skin and avoids assessment of the minimal erythema dose on sunscreen‐protected skin.

The Effect of Myrtacine and Celastrol‐Enriched Extract on Cutibacterium acnes Extracellular Vesicles
