Art, Death, History. The Problem of Time and History in Hegelian reflections on Aesthetics
This paper analyzes the role that time and history have within Hegelian philosophy, particularly within Hegelian Aesthetics. One central idea is that during the XIX century the relationship between art and time is postulated very emphatically; the Hegelian Aesthetics are assumed in this paper as a paradigm of the afore mentioned relationship.

Abstract The famous controversy between Emil Brunner and Karl Barth which led to Barth's ‘No!’ was driven by disagreements over how to read John Calvin: Barth and Brunner never agreed on whether Calvin had a doctrine of the analogy of being. This article rekindles the debate.
