[Schizophrenia, affective symptoms and clozapine].

Clozapine has been shown to be effective in treating schizophrenic patients. In this study we compare the efficacy of clozapine in two groups of treatment resistant psychotics (among the most severe inpatients). 5 chronic schizophrenics (CS).
