The study revealed that Scavenger Vultures (Gyps africanus) prefer to nest in mixed forests with grass rather than in grasslands, bare ground, or built‐up environments. They also choose tall, wide trees. These results confirm that these vultures do not choose their nesting trees at random, but according to specific criteria.
