Discovery of Radio Afterglow from the Most Distant Cosmic Explosion [PDF]
We report the discovery of radio afterglow emission from the gamma-ray burst GRB 090423, which exploded at a redshift of 8.3, making it the object with the highest known redshift in the Universe.

White Light Generation From YAG:Ce‐Doped Phosphate Glass‐Based Composite Fibers
The first white‐light‐emitting composite fiber based on YAG:Ce3+ phosphors in phosphate glass is developed. The glass composition is custom‐engineered to enhance thermal stability and to match YAG:Ce3+ refractive index, ensuring composite transparency.

Parameter Inference of a State-of-the-Art Physical Afterglow Model for GRB 190114C
A state-of-the-art semi-analytic gamma-ray burst (GRB) afterglow model with synchrotron self-Compton (SSC) emission has been applied for the first time for parameter inference using real GRB data. We analyzed the famous GRB 190114C as a case study.

Predictions for The Very Early Afterglow and The Optical Flash
According to the internal-external shocks model for $\gamma $-ray bursts (GRBs), the GRB is produced by internal shocks within a relativistic flow while the afterglow is produced by external shocks with the ISM.

Specifying the Environments around GRB, Explaining the Fe line in the X-Ray Afterglow of GRB000214 [PDF]
We present a model explaining the Fe K alpha line and the continuum in the afterglow of GRB000214. We pose the importance to seek the physically natural environment around GRB000214.

Structure‐Function Integration in 2D Hybrid Perovskite for Fast Neutron and Gamma Ray Discrimination
Using an in situ seed‐assisted cooling method, large (28 × 7 × 3 mm3) (GABA)2PbBr4 single crystals are grown, featuring hydrogen‐rich organic layers and a dense PbBr4 framework. This architecture enables efficient γ‐ray absorption, fast‐neutron sensitivity, and clear n/γ pulse‐shape discrimination (FOM up to 1.74), highlighting its potential as a ...
