Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.Microencapsulation of stabilizers using an iodine–carrageenan matrix significantly enhanced the structural and functional properties of ice cream. Encapsulated guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum, and CMC improved rheological behavior, melting resistance, texture, and microstructural stability compared to the control.

Deresinek (Afyonkarahisar) Havzası Florası
Afyon Kocatepe University Journal of Sciences and Engineering, 2023 Bu araştırmada, Sultan Dağlarının Kuzey yamacında bulunan Deresinek Vadisi ve çevresinin florası araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucu 77 familya ve 270 cinse ait 458 damarlı bitki taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Taksonların 9’ u Afyonkarahisar florası için yenidir. 58 takson endemiktir. Endemizm oranı % 12.66’ dir.
