Longitudinal Changes in the Serum Pepsinogen I/II Ratio With Progression of Gastric Atrophy
Journal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.Serum pepsinogen (PG) I/II ratio decreased with progression of gastric mucosal atrophy and showed consistent intra‐individual changes over time. In a large cohort with repeated endoscopic evaluations, longitudinal declines in the PG I/II ratio paralleled worsening atrophic stages.
