AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND CHALLENGES
Loyal and steady customer base alone can keep the o rganizations successful in the current turbulent bu siness environment. In the current era of software engineering, the success of a business process is measured in terms of ‘custom er satisfaction’ rather than any other criteria like meeting deadlines for delivery, optimization of data, architecture ...

Our research unveiled a regulatory paradigm wherein TRIM25 orchestrates the ubiquitin‐mediated degradation of UGDH. UGDH modulates the protein stability of TJP1 by regulating O‐GlcNAcylation levels, effectively impeding the metastasis of ccRCC. Our insights elevate UGDH to a pivotal biomarker and tumor suppressor, marking the first demonstration that ...

In PWS‐ASPCs, FOSL1 drives the expression of SPSB1. SPSB1, as part of the ESC complex, further binds to HDAC1 and promotes K29‐linked and K48‐linked polyubiquitination of HDAC1. These modifications facilitate the degradation of HDAC1 through the ALP and UPS pathways, respectively.

Challenges of Agile Development: A Cause-and-Effect Analysis [PDF]
Agile development as an alternative to traditional plan-driven approaches gains rising popularity in both software and non-software industries due to its advantages in dynamic and uncertain environments. Although its implementation challenges are widely explored, interdependencies between them are mostly neglected in recent papers.
