Abstract The Asian paper wasp (Polistes chinensis) is an invasive species in New Zealand and a voracious arthropod predator, incorporating a wide range of prey into its diet. We examined the colony survival and prey community composition of these wasps in a protected coastal habitat in New Zealand.

Agonopterix atomella (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775) Un spécimen mâle disséqué me permet de mentionner cette espèce pour la première fois à Genève. Le spécimen provient de Dardagny (Courtille, 20.6.2011, MVL + Gooden light + filet, leg. Landry, Pastore & Baumgart) et a été déterminé à l’aide d’Harper et al. (2002).
