Agricultural Communism in Greece [PDF]
THE article in NATURE, vol. xxiii. p. 525, on Aryan villages and other Asiatic communities reminds me of what I saw in 1843 in the course of a journey through Greece. On St. George's Day, a high festival with the Greek peasants, when crossing the range of Mount Cithaeron between Thebes and Eleusis, I saw my companion, who was about half a mile ahead ...

This work presents a state‐adaptive Koopman linear quadratic regulator framework for real‐time manipulation of a deformable swab tool in robotic environmental sampling. By combining Koopman linearization, tactile sensing, and centroid‐based force regulation, the system maintains stable contact forces and high coverage across flat and inclined surfaces.

Agricultural Risk and the Spread of Religious Communities [PDF]
Building on the idea that members of religious communities insure each other against some idiosyncratic risks, we argue that religious communities should be more widespread where populations face greater common risk. Our theoretical argument builds on idiosyncratic and common risks aggravating each other.

CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.
