A platinum–copper dual‐atom catalyst was developed for the selective electrooxidation of 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) to 2,5‐furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) in alkaline solution, achieving a FDCA yield of 97.4% at 1.42 V.
