Predicting Single‐Cell Perturbation Responses Across Biological Contexts With a Deep Generative Model Integrating Optimal Transport

Single‐cell perturbation responses are predicted across held‐out biological contexts using scPILOT, a query‐conditioned two‐stage latent response‐transfer framework. A shared latent representation supports cell‐level response estimation by latent optimal transport, followed by Leiden‐localized query‐specific transfer and adaptive weighting.

The AI Recommendation Quotient: A Multi-Turn Instrument for Measuring Whether AI Assistants Recommend a Brand

Most AI-visibility measurement asks a single question and counts whether a brand appears in the answer. That is a real signal, but it is not the commercial one: buyers compare, object, and ask a final question that resolves to a purchase, and the brand named at the opening is frequently not the brand recommended at the close.

A Preclinical Multifunctional Capsule Robot with Unified Diagnosis and Targeted Thermal Therapy for Gastrointestinal Diseases

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
A proof‐of‐concept multifunctional capsule robot integrates diagnostic imaging, magnetic navigation, wireless power transfer, and targeted thermotherapy for gastrointestinal applications. Magnetically guided positioning and stable wireless power enable localized thermal ablation, achieving controlled heating and high cell mortality in vitro.
