Proteomic Profiling of Extracellular Vesicles Distinguishes Prostate Cancer Molecular Subtypes

Profiling ∼4000 proteins in EVs from cell lines differentiated molecular prostate cancer subtypes, such as androgen receptor (AR+) signalling, double negative (AR−/NE−) or neuroendocrine prostate cancer (AR−/NE+), with enrichment of proteins and pathways also found in EVs from patient plasma.
