Riding on a Pegasus: Is ‘Sustainability’ Still a Myth in Bangladesh's RMG Sector?

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Although a growing number of studies explore sustainability, the role of stakeholders and institutions in shaping environmental sustainability initiatives remains overlooked particularly from the upstream fashion supply chain contexts. Drawing upon the framework proposed by Lee, our study aims to fill this gap by examining the interplay ...

Anatomy of the Soft Palate and Its Role in Upper Airway Function: A Narrative Review

open access: yesClinical Anatomy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The soft palate is a complex anatomical structure, located at the posterior aspect of the oral and nasal cavities, able to dynamically create valve closure of the nasal and the oral cavities. Its precise movement is critical for speech, swallowing, and respiration. Despite its functional importance, detailed characterization of its constituent

Coronary Perforation During Excimer Laser Angioplasty in a Patient With Prior Thoracic Radiotherapy

open access: yesCatheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Management of heavily calcified coronary lesions remains challenging despite advances in plaque‐modifying technologies. Excimer laser coronary angioplasty (ELCA) is an effective adjunctive strategy with a low risk of no‐reflow. Case Summary A 75‐year‐old woman with non–ST‐segment elevation acute coronary syndrome and severe left ...
