Harnessing Phase Separation for the Development of High‐Performance Hydrogels
ABSTRACT Hydrogels are indispensable for the development of next‐generation bioelectronics, soft robotics, and biomedical devices, where their mechanical properties determine performance and reliability. Among strategies to enhance hydrogel mechanics, phase separation enables controlled heterogeneity resulting in gel networks that are reinforced by ...

We demonstrate a novel therapy for traumatic brain injury TBI using a LIPUS‐responsive Piezoelectric fibrous membrane. It targets microglial mitochondria via in situ electrical signals, restoring homeostasis and reducing oxidative stress to promote an anti‐inflammatory M2 phenotype.

Experimental investigation of grazing-incidence sound propagation over free-standing absorbers
Sound propagation at near-grazing incidence in close proximity to air-porous absorber boundaries remains an open experimental challenge. Previous investigations have reported apparent variations in sound speed near such interfaces, often based on ...

Halide Perovskite: A Rich Source of Thermal Insulator
Halide perovskites exhibit ultralow thermal conductivity driven by intrinsic lattice softness and strong anharmonicity, falling below conventional defect‐engineering limits. Weak metavalent bonding, A‐site rattling, and dynamic octahedral tilting drive phonon scattering to the Ioffe–Regel limit, where wave‐like tunneling replaces particle‐like ...
