Emergent Freestanding Complex Oxide Membranes for Multifunctional Applications
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.This review surveys freestanding oxide membranes and covers fabrication and three pathways for studies and devices: strain‐free and strained membranes, and van der Waals‐integrated heterostructures.
