Interfacial tandem catalysis is developed for efficient electrochemical reduction of NO3− to NH3 over a CuSn(OH)6/Co heterostructure. CuSn(OH)6 accelerates the rate‐determining NO3−‐to‐*NO2 conversion, whereas Co promotes H2O dissociation to enhance *H supply for the rapid hydrogenation of *NO2 intermediate to NH3.

Acidic CO2 electroreduction to formic acid is enabled by integrating mixed Sn/SnOx nanoclusters, K+‐regulated interfacial solvation, and Janus wettability. Coordinated control of active sites, interfacial water, and gas‐liquid transport suppresses hydrogen evolution and delivers approximately 85% HCOOH Faradaic efficiency at 400 mA cm−2.
