Multifunctional Thiolated Hyaluronic Acid‐graft‐PEDOT Dressing With Antifouling, On‐Demand Drug Delivery and Electrical Stimulation for Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A multifunctional P(EDOT‐co‐EDOT‐g‐THA) dressing acts as a dynamic biointerface integrating antifouling capability, on‐demand drug delivery, and electrical stimulation. It achieves electrochemically triggered thiolated hyaluronic acid (THA) release while modulating cellular responses for wound healing application.

Inhibition of VEGF‐Induced Angiogenesis and Vascular Leakage by Bicistronic Co‐Expression of Aflibercept and COMP‐Ang1

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A bicistronic rAAV8 vector encoding Aflibercept (Afb) and COMP‐cAng1 simultaneously coordinates VEGF clearance and Tie2‐mediated vessel maturation. In a 3D angiogenesis‐on‐a‐chip model, rAAV8‐Afb/cAng1 effectively reverses pathological barrier breakdown under clinical disease‐mimicking challenges.

Triboelectric filtering for air purification

Nanotechnology, 2019
Abstract Air pollution becomes more and more serious with the rapid development of the society, and the haze caused by particulate matters (PMs) has become a global problem. Thus seeking an effective technology for removing the airborne PMs or other pollutants is much desirable for alleviating the air pollution.

Reactive foams for air purification

Environmental Science & Technology, 1984
The use of water-based foams for removal of gaseous pollutants from air has been investigated. Hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde, and acetaldehyde can effectively be absorbed in foam containing substances that react chemically with the gaseous pollutant.

Air purification technologies

2009
Air pollution control includes all measures taken to avoid or reduce the release into the atmosphere of any potentially harmful substances caused by human activity. Emissions are attributed to specific sources. Technical facilities such as furnaces, power plants or stationary engines, which emit via stovepipes, smoke stacks, or tailpipes, are known as ...
