Programmable solar‐blind ultraviolet sensors enabling integrated single‐pixel sensing and neuromorphic processing

A Schottky photodiode based on (Al0.14Ga0.86)2O3 was developed, in which the sensing and processing functions were temporally decoupled through bias voltage modulation. By integrating single‐pixel imaging with a reservoir computing architecture, a comprehensive intelligent vision system was constructed.

Intercomparison of a Regional Climate Model Ensemble for Selected European Catchments

International Journal of Climatology, EarlyView.
This study analyzes a regional climate model ensemble for water cycle and water resource research with two models. Results show that ICON generally outperforms TSMP1 simulations, mainly with 2‐m temperature and precipitation. These findings serve as a baseline evaluation that shows how key structural differences influence the model skill.
