This study is to assess the predictive value of the modified lung ultrasound score (mLUS) for late respiratory diseases in premature infants born before 32 weeks of gestation. In children with presumptive tuberculosis, comprehensive point‐of‐care (cPOCUS) identified key thoracic abnormalities with high specificity and excellent inter‐reader reliability. Although diagnostic sensitivity was modest and examinations often incomplete, cPOCUS shows promise as a complementary, radiation‐free imaging tool.
