Eski taş devirlerinde insanların kullandıkları ilk silah, ucuna çakmak taşı yerleştirilmiş bir sopa olmuştur. Bu sopayla düşmanın yanına yaklaşılıp yere serilmiştir.

Chitosan coatings significantly impact the rehydration properties of dried carrot slices, with freeze‐drying and CH‐2C coating at 55°C yielding the highest rehydration ratio (RR). The study further explores how dryer type, coating thickness, and variations in rehydration temperature affect rehydration properties.
