It looks at why Dyrrakhion became increasingly important in the course of the 11th Century and, above all, after Alexios’ usurpation of the throne in 1081.

ESC Heart FailSummary of the meta‐analysis evaluating the effectiveness of targeted therapies for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR‐CM). Pooled data from 10 studies (n = 5203) showed a 39% relative reduction in all‐cause mortality (RR: 0.61, 95% CI: 0.52–0.70).
