Analytical wave solutions of the (2 + 1)-dimensional first integro-differential Kadomtsev-Petviashivili hierarchy equation by using modified mathematical methods

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2019
In our research, we ascertain abundant novel exact traveling wave solutions of (2 + 1)-dimensional first integro-differential Kadomtsev-Petviashivili hierarchy equation by two new modified mathematical methods namely called generalized direct algebraic ...

A problem with parameter for the integro-differential equations

open access: yesMathematical Modelling and Analysis, 2021
The article proposes a numerically approximate method for solving a boundary value problem for an integro-differential equation with a parameter and considers its convergence, stability, and accuracy. The integro-differential equation with a parameter is

Hopfield Neural Networks for Online Constrained Parameter Estimation With Time‐Varying Dynamics and Disturbances

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, EarlyView.
This paper proposes two projector‐based Hopfield neural network (HNN) estimators for online, constrained parameter estimation under time‐varying data, additive disturbances, and slowly drifting physical parameters. The first is a constraint‐aware HNN that enforces linear equalities and inequalities (via slack neurons) and continuously tracks the ...

A Legendre Wavelet Spectral Collocation Method for Solving Oscillatory Initial Value Problems

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2013
In this paper, we propose an iterative spectral method for solving differential equations with initial values on large intervals. In the proposed method, we first extend the Legendre wavelet suitable for large intervals, and then the Legendre-Guass ...

An Adaptive Human Pilot Model With Reaction Time Delay for Enhanced Adaptive Control in Piloted Systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, EarlyView.
This work introduces an adaptive human pilot model that captures pilot time‐delay effects in adaptive control systems. The model enables the prediction of pilot–controller interactions, facilitating safer integration and improved design of adaptive controllers for piloted applications.

Unprecedented Spin‐Lifetime of Itinerant Electrons in Natural Graphite Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Graphite exhibits extraordinary spintronic potential, with electron spin lifetimes reaching 1,000 ns at room temperature ‐ over 100 times longer than graphene‐based devices. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy reveals strong anisotropy: out‐of‐plane spins live 50 times longer than their in‐plane counterparts.

Vieta-Lucas operational matrix technique for fractional variable-order integro-differential equations [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mahani Mathematical Research
The aim of this article is to find an effective method for solving variable-order fractional integro-differential equations. This method transforms the problem into a system of algebraic equations.

Observation of Topological Chirality Switching Induced Freezing of a Skyrmion Crystal

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Using Lorentz Transmission electron microscopy, it is shown that in the insulating van der Waals ferromagnet, CrBr3, a magnetic field can cause Bloch skyrmionic bubbles to spontaneously switch their chirality. As achiral type‐II bubbles are an intermediate state, the bubbles rapidly elongate and shrink when switching, thereby inducing a freezing of the

Simple algorithm for judging equivalence of differential-algebraic equation systems

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2023
Mathematical formulas play a prominent role in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) documents; understanding STEM documents usually requires knowing the difference between equation groups containing multiple equations.
