New soliton solutions of the fractional Regularized Long Wave Burger equation by means of conformable derivative

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2019
In this paper, the practice of the extended direct algebraic method (EDAM) is used to solve fractional Regularized Long Wave Burgers (RLW-Burgers) equation by means of the conformable derivative.

Physical Origin of Temperature Induced Activation Energy Switching in Electrically Conductive Cement

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The temperature‐induced Arrhenius activation energy switching phenomenon of electrical conduction in electrically conductive cement originates from structural degradation within the biphasic ionic‐electronic conduction architecture and shows percolation‐governed characteristics: pore network opening dominates the low‐percolation regime with downward ...

Perturbative Algebraic Quantum Field Theory and the Renormalization Groups

open access: yes, 2009
A new formalism for the perturbative construction of algebraic quantum field theory is developed. The formalism allows the treatment of low dimensional theories and of non-polynomial interactions.

Infrared Machine Vision System Based on Te NWs‐Au NPs Plasmonic Optoelectronic Memristor for Motion Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A plasmonic optoelectronic memristor based on Te nanowires‐Au nanoparticles/ι‐carrageenan enables IR‐programmed and visiblelight‐erased non‐volatile conductance. The all‐photonic write/erase scheme supports in‐sensor logic and real‐time motion detection in darkness.

Algebraic treatment of the Pais-Uhlenbeck oscillator and its PT-variant

open access: yes, 2019
The algebraic method enables one to study the properties of the spectrum of a quadratic Hamiltonian through the mathematical properties of a matrix representation called regular or adjoint.

Robust C–V Ratio Technique for Profiling Defects in Proton‐Irradiated 4H‐SiC

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A noise‐robust C–V ratio technique is introduced to profile radiation‐induced defects in proton‐irradiated 4H‐SiC Schottky diodes. By using analytical capacitance ratios instead of numerical differentiation, the method directly extracts trap‐density and effective trap‐energy profiles at room temperature.

Analysis of Dynamical Characteristic of Piecewise-Nonlinear Asymmetric Hysteretic System Based on Incremental Harmonic Balance Method

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2015
Considering a sort of elastic mass with asymmetric hysteresis characteristic which widespread existing in engineering field, a piecewise-nonlinear dynamical equation, which contains asymmetric hysteretic loop, is established.

Transcendental holomorphic maps between real algebraic manifolds in a complex space

open access: yes, 2019
We give an example of a real algebraic manifold embedded in a complex space that does not satisfy the Nash-Artin approximation Property. This Nash-Artin approximation Property is closely related to the problem of determining when the biholomorphic ...

Modeling and Verification of 1/f Noise Mechanisms in FAPbBr3 Single‐Crystal X‐Ray Detectors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstratethat surface‐trap‐induced carrier number fluctuations are the dominantmechanism in FAPbBr3 Schottky devices, a conclusion supported by thedistinct defect profiles revealed by Drive‐Level Capacitance Profiling (DLCP). Throughnoise contribution decomposition, it is found that the 1/f noise of thedetector is the key noise source affecting ...
