Isomorphisms of algebras of Colombeau generalized functions [PDF]
We show that for smooth manifolds X and Y, any isomorphism between the special algebra of Colombeau generalized functions on X, resp. Y is given by composition with a unique Colombeau generalized function from Y to X.

Regularity of nonlinear generalized functions: A counterexample in the nonstandard setting
Regularity theory in generalized function algebras of Colombeau type is largely based on the notion of G∞-regularity, which reduces to C∞-regularity when restricted to Schwartz distributions.

Scattering in Algebraic Approach to Quantum Theory—Associative Algebras
The definitions of scattering matrix and inclusive scattering matrix in the framework of formulation of quantum field theory in terms of associative algebras with involution are presented. The scattering matrix is expressed in terms of Green functions on

Pseudo General Overlap Functions and Weak Inflationary Pseudo BL-Algebras
General overlap functions are generalized on the basis of overlap functions, which have better application effects in classification problems, and the (weak) inflationary BL-algebras as the related algebraic structure were also studied.

We consider fuzzy sets and generalized triangular norms on positive elements of order commutative C ∗ $C^{*}$ -algebras to study the concept of C ∗ $C^{*}$ -algebra valued normed algebras with uncertainty.

GENERAL BRANCHING FUNCTIONS OF AFFINE LIE ALGEBRAS [PDF]
Explicit expressions are presented for general branching functions for cosets of affine Lie algebras ĝ with respect to subalgebras ĝ′ for the cases where the corresponding finite-dimensional algebras g and g′ are such that g is simple and g′ is either simple or sums of u(1) terms. A special case of the latter yields the string functions.

Growth and form, Lie algebras and special functions
The formation of a biological organism, or an organ within it, can often be regarded as the unfolding of successive equilibria of a mechanical system. In a mathematical model, these changes of equilibria may be considered to be responses of mechanically ...
