The Journal of the Society of Chemical Industry, Japan, 1958 アルギン酸の定量法として,約0.01Nアルギン酸ソーダ水溶液を陰イオンおよび陽イオン交換樹脂で順次処理し,生成したアルギン酸水溶液の一定量を電位差法または伝導度法によってNaOH規定液を用いて滴定する方法について検討した。分析値はCO2ガス発生法,電位差法,伝導度法,直接滴定,逆滴定ともよい一致を示し,この方法がアルギン酸の工業分析法として十分満足な結果を与えることを明らかにした。また電位差滴定の滴定曲線について若干の考察を行い,市販アルギン酸ソーダの分析例を示し,その純度に対する考察を行った。

On the Neutralization of Alginic Acid
The Journal of the Society of Chemical Industry, Japan, 1960 アルギン酸粉末より調製したアルギン酸ゲル懸濁液のN/10-NaOHによる中和滴定では,その滴定値は伝導度法による場合と電位差法による場合とで異なった値を示し, 一般に伝導法による値の方が大きい。またこれらの値はいずれも真値よりははるかに小さい。これらの原因はアルギン酸分子内に存在する“ラクトン環”にあると考えられ,アルギン酸の重合度とは無関係である。しかし,一定の滴定条件のもとでは,これらの滴定値は再現性も直線性も良好で,ラクトン含有率がほぼ一定であると考えられるアルギン酸製造工程中のアルギン酸ゲルの工業分析法として利用することが出来る。また伝導度法によるときは強酸と共存するゲル中から強酸とアルギン酸とを同時に少ない誤差で分別滴定することが出来る ...
