This study found that human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells secrete β‐NGF, which binds to the TrkA receptor on neurons, upregulates the protein levels of STMN2 and NMNAT2 in mice with perioperative neurocognitive disorders, and thereby downregulates the protein levels of SARM1 and p‐NF‐κB.

ABSTRACT Objective Immune cells are the first to interact with implant surfaces, yet their contribution to osseointegration is often underestimated. Understanding how titanium‐based and zirconia‐enriched surface properties regulate macrophage polarization is essential for designing regenerative biomaterials.

ABSTRACT Nanostructured titanium (Ti) facilitates osteoblast differentiation by modulating various signaling pathways and may enhance osseointegration, potentially through its influence on the formation and remodeling of the extracellular matrix (ECM). This study aimed to investigate the impact of osteoblast‐ECM‐functionalized nanostructured Ti surface

ABSTRACT The prevalence of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) has been steadily increasing. Ferroptosis has been recognized as a critical factor influencing the bone‐forming ability of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). Valproic acid (VPA), an HDAC inhibitor, has been suggested to play a role in regulating osteoporosis development; however ...

ABSTRACT This study evaluated the effects of puerarin and adipose‐derived stem cells (ADSCs), alone or combined, on p38MAPK activity, alveolar bone preservation, and inflammatory responses in a rat periodontitis (PD) model and in vitro. ADSCs were exposed to various puerarin concentrations to assess cell proliferation, osteogenic differentiation, and ...
