Sub‐6 nm NaGdF4:Yb/Er@Cypate nanoprobes leverage triplet energy transfer (TET) to amplify NIR‐II emission by 284‐fold under 808‐nm excitation, achieving an exceptional signal‐to‐background ratio (SBR = 273).
