All-Dielectric Metasurfaces for Sensing Applications
Dielectric metasurfaces are a family of flat-optical components that offer novel approaches to light manipulation, paving the way to exciting new applications. Regardless of the underlying operating theory, realizing such nanometer-sized devices calls for excellent fabrication accuracy, ideally on the sub-10 nm level, especially if resonance conditions

Reconfigurable Spoof Plasmonic Skyrmion Electronics for Deformation‐Invariant Multimode Sensing
A flexible multimode sensor based on capacitively loaded spoof plasmonic skyrmions enables deformation‐invariant dielectric sensing with ultra‐compact size and high Q‐factor. Near‐equidistant resonances remain stable under shape change and bending, while capacitor loading improves bending robustness and multimode sensitivity, highlighting strong ...

Multilayer all‐dielectric metasurfaces expanding color gamut
Abstract Structural color, arising from the interaction between nanostructures and light, has experienced rapid development in recent years. However, high‐order Mie resonances in dielectric materials often induce unnecessary sub‐peaks, particularly at shorter wavelengths, reducing the vibrancy of colors.

A Dual‐Channel Synergistic Ultrasensitive Biosensor for Tumor Liquid Biopsy
ABSTRACT Liquid biopsy technology, which detects circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in cerebrospinal fluid, plays a crucial role in the early diagnosis and precision treatment of gliomas. However, the intrinsically low abundance and rapid clearance of ctDNA pose substantial challenges for conventional analytical techniques, such as droplet digital PCR and ...

A multifunctional terahertz (THz) platform is demonstrated, in a model material Fe4Nb2O9, exhibiting a large intrinsic THz phase shift alongside distinct THz magnon excitations in its antiferromagnetic phase. This coexistence of phase modulation and spin dynamics offers a promising pathway toward integrated THz communication and magnonic computation ...

A diagnostic method for reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) based on non‐uniform space‐time‐coding modulation is presented. Fault localization is achieved via amplitude‐only spectral measurements, eliminating the need for complex signal processing. A one‐to‐one mapping between harmonic components and RIS elements enables accurate detection.
