3‐D Integrated All‐Solid‐State Rechargeable Batteries
Advanced Materials, 2007AbstractPortable society urgently calls for integrated energy supplies. This holds for autonomous devices but even more so for future medical implants. Evidently, rechargeable integrated all‐solid‐state batteries will play a key role in these fields, enabling miniaturization, preventing electrode degradation upon cycling and electrolyte leakage. Benign Recycling of Spent Batteries towards All‐Solid‐State Lithium Batteries
Chemistry – A European Journal, 2019AbstractLithium‐ion batteries (LIBs) are one of the most significant energy storage devices applied in power supply facilities. However, a huge number of spent LIBs would bring harmful resource waste and environmental hazards. In this study, a benign hydrometallurgical method using phytic acid as precipitant is proposed to recover useful metallic Mn ...

Si Anode for All Solid State Batteries
ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2022The development of silicon anodes for lithium-ion batteries has been largely impeded by poor interfacial stability against liquid electrolytes. I will show how to enable the operation of a 99.9 weight % microsilicon anode by using the interface passivating properties of sulfide solid electrolytes.

All-Solid-State 2-Dimensional Li Battery
2013With advances in material synthesis and process technologies, a lot of unique electronic devices could be developed. As a result, a very stable and long life time based energy source is strongly required. Thin film battery (TFB) is a good candidate for satisfying this requirement.

Future Prospects for All-Solid-State Batteries
1985There la clearly a powerful attraction drawing a gathering of people from many lands to this NATO Advanced Study Institute on Solid–State Batteries. It is my task to try to assess the future prospects of all-solid-state batteries in the market place. I oust adult to being partisan (1, 2), but I will endeavour to make this assessment as objectively as ...
