ChiralityThe best enantioselective stationary phases to resolve chiral flavonoids were identified. Two‐dimensional heart‐cut supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC‐SFC) was used to isolate and resolve the enantiomers of pinocembrin from a complex sample of honey.
