ABSTRACT This study explores the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure and operating profitability in the agri‐food manufacturing industry of Southern Europe, focusing on Extremadura (Spain). From an initial pool of 284 firms, the final sample comprised 185 companies after excluding inactive or non‐reporting cases.

ABSTRACT This study examines how green human resource management (HRM) contributes to environmental and financial performance via green innovation. We develop and test a moderated mediation model in which green product and green process innovation act as parallel mediating mechanisms, while proactive environmental strategy moderates their effectiveness.

Evaluating predatory arthropods for the biological control of the invasive Thrips parvispinus (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) in greenhouse sweet pepper

This study shows that Orius laevigatus, alone or with other predators, consistently achieved the highest suppression of Thrips parvispinus and improved plant productivity.
