Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

This review focuses on the role of autophagy and mitophagy in maintaining pancreatic β‐cell function and homeostasis. We discuss how genetic defects affecting these pathways contribute to the development of type 1, type 2, monogenic, and gestational diabetes. We further explore their potential as therapeutic targets. Created in BioRender.

Obesity raises blood levels of PAI‐1, a protein linked to metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease in people with obesity. In female mice fed a high‐fat diet, partially lowering PAI‐1 led to smaller subcutaneous fat cells and lower liver cholesterol, without changing body weight or insulin sensitivity.

Approximation of almost periodic functions by periodic ones [PDF]
summary:It is not the purpose of this paper to construct approximations but to establish a class of almost periodic functions which can be approximated, with an arbitrarily prescribed accuracy, by continuous periodic functions uniformly on ${\mathbb R} =

Ligand‐dependent transcriptional heterogeneity in cell cycle gene expression delays G1/S entry
EGF and HRG induce distinct G1/S progression programs in ErbB2‐amplified BT474 breast cancer cells. Despite activating the potent ErbB2–ErbB3 heterodimer, HRG does not accelerate cell‐cycle entry. Instead, EGF promotes earlier restriction‐point passage via ERK–FOS signaling, whereas HRG activates the AKT–MYC axis, driving transcriptional heterogeneity ...

Almost ps-continuous functions
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new class of functions called almost ps-continuous function by using ps-open sets in topological spaces. Some properties and characterizations of this function are given.

Fuzzy δ∗-almost continuous and fuzzy δ∗-continuous functions in mixed fuzzy ideal topological spaces
In this paper we introduce two new classes of functions between mixed fuzzy topological spaces, namely fuzzy δ∗-almost continuous and fuzzy δ∗-continuous functions and investigate some of their properties.

Bounded and almost automorphic solutions of a Liénard equation with a singular nonlinearity
We study some properties of bounded and $C^{(1)}$-almost automorphic solutions of the following Li\'enard equation: $$x'' + f(x)x' + g(x) = p(t), $$ where $p : {\bf R} \longrightarrow {\bf R}$ is an almost automorphic function, $f$, $g : (a,b ...
