Screen Semi-Invariant Lightlike Hypersurfaces on Hermite-Like Manifolds
Hermite-like manifolds, which admit two different, almost complex structures, can be considered a general concept of Hermitian manifolds. Factoring in the effects of these two complex structures on the radical, screen, and transversal spaces, a new ...

Almost Hermitian structures and quaternionic geometries
Gray & Hervella gave a classification of almost Hermitian structures (g,I) into 16 classes. We systematically study the interaction between these classes when one has an almost hyper-Hermitian structure (g,I,J,K). In general dimension we find at most 167 different almost hyper-Hermitian structures.

On six-dimensional AH-submanifolds of class W1⊕W2⊕W4 in Cayley algebra
Six-dimensional submanifolds of Cayley algebra equipped with an almost Hermitian structure of class W1 W2 W4 defined by means of three-fold vector cross products are considered.

On impulse excitation of the global poloidal modes in the magnetosphere [PDF]
Through the combined action of the field line curvature and finite plasma pressure in some regions of the magnetosphere (plasmapause, ring current) there can exist global poloidal Alfvén modes standing both along field lines and across magnetic shells ...

We consider posed in 1960s Alfred Gray problem on the existence of a six-dimensional non-Kählerian almost Kählerian manifold. We study six-dimensional almost Hermitian locally symmetric submanifolds of Ricci type of Cayley algebra (the notion of such

Yano F structures and extended supersymmetry
It is shown how extended supersymmetry realised directly on the (2, 2) semichiral superfields of a symplectic sigma model gives rise to a geometry on the doubled tangent bundle consisting of two Yano F structures on an almost para-hermitian manifold ...

Canonical quasi-geodesic mappings of special pseudo-Riemannian spaces
The present paper continues the study of quasi-geodesic mappings f:(Vn, gij, Fih) → (V'n,g'ij, Fih) of pseudo-Riemannian spaces Vn, V'n with a generalized-recurrent structure Fih of parabolic type.

QUASIHOMOGENEOUS MANIFOLDS AND GENERALIZED ALMOST-HERMITIAN STRUCTURES
A pseudo-Riemannian manifold (M,g) is said to be quasihomogeneous, if it admits a tensor field T of type (1,2) such that \((\nabla_ X+T_ X)g=0\), \((\nabla_ X+T_ X)T=0\) holds for any vector field X on M, where \(\nabla\) is the Riemannian connection and \(T_ X\) acts as a derivation on the tensor algebra of M.

Non-Existence of Real Hypersurfaces with Parallel Structure Jacobi Operator in S6(1)
It is well known that the sphere S6(1) admits an almost complex structure J which is nearly Kähler. If M is a hypersurface of an almost Hermitian manifold with a unit normal vector field N, the tangent vector field ξ=−JN is said to be characteristic or ...
