Homoclinics for strongly indefinite almost periodic second order Hamiltonian systems
Under certain assumptions, we prove the existence of homoclinic solutions for almost periodic second order Hamiltonian systems in the strongly indefinite case.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

PERIODIC AND ALMOST-PERIODIC SOLUTIONS OF RECURRENT MULTIPLICATIVE SECOND-ORDER EQUATIONS
Solutions of the recurrent multiplicative equation of a special kind are considered. The values of the parameters of the equation are defined, for which the solutions are periodic, almost periodic or combine properties of a geometric progression and ...

Semi-periodic solutions of difference and differential equations
International audienceThe spaces of semi-periodic sequences and functions are examined in the relationship to the closely related notions of almost-periodicity, quasi-periodicity and periodicity.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Action-gradient-minimizing pseudo-orbits and almost-invariant tori
Transport in near-integrable, but partially chaotic, $1 1/2$ degree-of-freedom Hamiltonian systems is blocked by invariant tori and is reduced at \emph{almost}-invariant tori, both associated with the invariant tori of a neighboring integrable system ...

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Refinements of G\'al's theorem and applications [PDF]
We give a simple proof of a well-known theorem of G\'al and of the recent related results of Aistleitner, Berkes and Seip [1] regarding the size of GCD sums.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.
