Clin Case Rep, 2022 Follicular mucinosis may show a combination of brownish yellow dots and red dots in a dermoscopic examination. Dermatologists need to consider follicular mucinosis when these dermoscopic findings are obtained. Abstract We herein describe a 68‐year‐old man with follicular mucinosis.
