Layer‐by‐layer passive ex vivo assessment of flexion–extension‐dominant limb joint ROM across rabbit, pudu deer, chilla fox and pig revealed joint‐, tissue‐ and taxon‐specific responses to progressive tissue removal. Proximal joints often showed increasing ROM, whereas distal joints often showed non‐monotonic responses.

The G protein–coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily consists of the most common targets of approved drugs. Targeting GPCRs offers appealing avenues for therapeutic development. Antibodies and their fragments, such as single‐domain antibodies (VHHs or nanobodies), have emerged as useful alternatives to small molecule pharmacophores as building blocks in ...

Abstract Nanobodies are small but specific heavy chain–only antibody fragments. Their small size, relative stability, and ability to access difficult to reach deep‐tissue antigens makes them valuable research, diagnostic, and therapeutic tools. Nanobodies are derived from the variable heavy (VH) domain of heavy chain–only antibodies that are unique to ...

Abstract INTRODUCTION Anti‐amyloid beta (Aβ) monoclonal antibodies are effective at lowering amyloid in Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, whether Fc‐mediated effector function is absolutely required for efficacy is not completely understood. This is important for optimizing therapeutic efficacy and mitigating side effects such as amyloid‐related ...
