In this exploratory study on the putative mechanisms of action of ozanimod in the modulation of severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19), we found that patients receiving standard of care plus ozanimod had reduced circulating monocytes and C–C motif ligand 2 (CCL2) levels, compared with patients receiving standard of care alone.
