Patterns and Drivers of Spontaneous Plant Diversity in Urban Wastelands Across 17 Cities on the Qinghai‐Tibet Plateau

The first regional survey of spontaneous plant communities across 17 cities on the Qinghai‐Tibet Plateau shows that natural climatic conditions, especially precipitation and wind speed, are the primary drivers of variation in community diversity, while urbanization and habitat quality jointly structure plant community composition.

Dietary Overlap of Sympatric Polyphagous Alpine Grasshoppers Includes Invasive Plant Species

The diets of three sympatric grasshopper species were compared using mandible morphological analysis, microhistological examination, and DNA metabarcoding of gut contents. Although mandible morphology differed across species and sexes, dietary divergence was not evident.

Differences in Phenological Estimation From Multi‐Vegetation Indices Across the Yellow River Basin

This study evaluated the differential performance of PPI, kNDVI, and EVI in monitoring land surface phenology across the Yellow River Basin. The three vegetation indices showed pronounced divergence in capturing autumn phenological metrics, particularly the downturn date (DD) and recession date (RD).
