A Case Report of Non-Neutralizing Acquired Factor V Inhibitor Mimicking Deficiency: Diagnostic Challenges and Therapeutic Implications. [PDF]
Acquired Factor V (FV) deficiency due to inhibitors is a rare coagulopathy that presents significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. We report the case of an 81‐year‐old male with persistent gross hematuria and severe coagulopathy, marked by prolonged prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), and critically low FV ...

Deep learning-mediated prediction of concealed accessory pathway based on sinus rhythmic electrocardiograms. [PDF]
In the present study, six state‐of‐art convolutional neural networks models were trained with electrocardiography (ECG) images of concealed accessory pathway (AP) patients and control patients. This study provided a low‐cost, rapid, and noninvasive method to diagnose patients with concealed AP with normal sinus rhythmic ECG images.

A Rare Case of Multivessel SCAD Successfully Treated with Conservative Medical Management. [PDF]
A female patient presented with severe, symptomatic multivessel spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) with no known medical history or risk factors. The affected vessels were left anterior descending artery (LAD), right coronary artery (RCA), and the ramus. She was treated with conservative medical management.

Atypical Presentation of COVID-19 Leading to ARDS. [PDF]
A 60‐year‐old male was brought into the emergency department by EMS after he was found unresponsive by his neighbors. He was initially admitted to the hospital for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation secondary to pneumonia. However, due to a sudden, rapidly progressing course of events, the patient was evaluated for COVID‐19.

Barriers and Enablers of Delivering Asthma Self-Management to Those With Intellectual Disabilities: A Scoping Review. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Background Respiratory‐related illness including asthma is a leading cause of avoidable higher mortality in those with intellectual disabilities. International guidelines stress the importance of good self‐management in avoiding asthma‐related deaths but give no guidance on how this is achieved with this vulnerable population. Method A scoping

A Mathematical Analysis of a Model Involving an Integrable Equation for Wave Packet Envelope
This study investigates new optical solutions to a model with an integrable equation for wave packet envelopes. For this purpose, we have employed two reliable techniques involving the modified extended tanh function and the exponential rational function procedures. We have also given the 3D graphics of the obtained solutions.

A Rare Case of Grey Zone Lymphoma Successfully Treated with Brentuximab Vedotin and R-CHP Chemotherapy. [PDF]
Introduction. The diagnosis of B‐cell lymphoma, unclassifiable, with features intermediate between diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma (cHL), also referred to as grey zone lymphoma (GZL), is a challenging diagnosis. There are no standardized guidelines; however, evidence strongly suggests that DLBCL‐based regimens are

Numerical and Analytical Simulations of Nonlinear Time Fractional Advection and Burger’s Equations
In this paper, the higher nonlinear problems of fractional advection‐diffusion equations and systems of nonlinear fractional Burger’s equations are solved by using two sophisticated procedures, namely, the q‐homotopy analysis transform method and the residual power series method. The proposed methods are implemented with the Caputo operator.

MSeg‐Net: A Melanoma Mole Segmentation Network Using CornerNet and Fuzzy K‐Means Clustering
Melanoma is a dangerous form of skin cancer that results in the demise of patients at the developed stage. Researchers have attempted to develop automated systems for the timely recognition of this deadly disease. However, reliable and precise identification of melanoma moles is a tedious and complex activity as there exist huge differences in the mass,

Solutions of Stiff Systems of Ordinary Differential Equations Using Residual Power Series Method
The stiff differential equations occur in almost every field of science. These systems encounter in mathematical biology, chemical reactions and diffusion process, electrical circuits, meteorology, mechanics, and vibrations. Analyzing and predicting such systems with conventional numerical techniques require more time and memory; still accurate ...
