Re-Creation: A possible interpretation of quantum indeterminism [PDF]
I discuss some of the main interpretations given to explain the indeterministic nature of quantum measurements and show that all has some loopholes in one corner or another. I propose an alternative interpretation based on the notion of continued re-creation of the physical properties.

Trotter Kato Theorem for Bi Continuous Semigroups and Approximation of PDEs [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce formulations of the Trotter Kato theorem for approximation of bi continuous semigroups that provide a useful framework whenever convergence of numerical approximations to solutions of PDEs are studied with respect to an additional locally convex topology coarser than the norm topology to treat the lack of the strong ...

*j- in Altai. A preliminary report
The paper examines the evolution of *j- in six South Siberian languages: Chelkan (= Lebedin), Kumandin, Oirot (= Altai proper), Telengit, Teleut, and Tuba. HYDROLOGICAL REGIME OF GLACIERS IN THE RIVER BASINS OF THE NORTHERN CAUCASUS AND ALTAI
Rivers with snow-glacier alimentation in six basins of the Northern Caucasus (Cherek, Chegem, Baksan, Malka, Teberda, and upper course of the Terek River) and Altai (the Katun’ River) were investigated in 1946–2005 for the purpose to analyze long-term ...

Does the Superluminal Neutrino Uncover Torsion? [PDF]
I investigate the possibility of the propagation of neutrino with superluminal speed through matter in the context of the relation between gravity, spin and torsion. Using a lemma of Penrose and earlier works on the relation between spin, torsion and gravity I glimpse on a frame work in which superluminal speed of the neutrinos moving through matter ...

An Ice Period in the Altai Mountains [PDF]
M. B. VON COTTA, who once visited the Altai Mountains, is decidedly of opinion that there are no traces of the Ice period on this range. But at the southern part of the Altai, where there are some large glaciers and many ridges covered with eternal snows, there are undoubted traces of a mighty spreading of ancient glaciers.

Link of volcanic activity and climate change in Altai studied in the ice core from Belukha Mountain
In the present research we discuss a role of volcanic activity in Altai thermal regime. Here we analyses the sulfate and temperature data reconstructed from the natural paleoarchive – ice core from the Belukha Mountain saddle.
