Goldie's Theorem for Alternative Rings [PDF]
It is known that the socle of a semiprime Goldie ring is generated by a central idempotent and that a prime Goldie ring with a nonzero socle is a simple artinian ring. We prove the extension of these results to alternative rings. We also give an analogue of Goldie’s theorem for alternative rings.

Generalized right alternative rings [PDF]
We show that weakening the hypotheses of right alternative rings to the three identities (1) (ab,c,d) + (a,b,[c,d]) = a(b,c,d) + (a,c,d)b (2) (α,α,α) = 0 (3) ([a,b],b,b) = O for all α, b, c, d in the ring will not lead to any new simple rings. In fact, the ideal generated by each associator of the form (a, b, b) is a nilpotent ideal of index at most ...

Interpreting Patterns of Concentric Rings within Small Buoyant River Plumes
High-resolution imagery of small buoyant plumes often reveals an extensive pattern of concentric rings spreading outward from near the discharge point. Recent remote sensing studies of plumes from rivers flowing into the Black Sea propose that such rings

Alternative Derivations in (1,1) Rings [PDF]
Objectives: To show the associativity in one of the subclass of non-associative (γ,δ) rings. Method: Derivation alternator rings are limiting case of associative rings. The ring (1,1) is one of the sub class of (γ,δ) rings.
