Cytotaxonomy of Alticinae

1988
Only about 200 species of flea beetles have previously been checked cytologically (Petitpierre et al. 1988) and comprise only 2.6% of the total number of species known in this large subfamily. As quantitative DNA, gene enzyme, and banding data are all but lacking and knowledge of host plants scanty, nor is there much support from an intra-subfamily ...

Molecular systematics of Blepharida beetles (Chrysomelidae: Alticinae) and relatives

Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, 2004
I investigated the phylogenetic relationships within the New World Blepharida and among related genera, using sequences of the Internal Transcriber Spacer 2 (ITS2) of nuclear ribosomal DNA and sequences of the COI and COII genes of the mitochondrial genome.

Biochemical Systematics of the Phyllotreta cruciferae Complex (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Alticinae)

Annals of the Entomological Society of America, 1999
The biochemical systematics of 6 closely related species: Phyllotreta aerea Allard, 1859, P. astrachanica Lopatin, 1977, P. atra (F., 1775), P. consobrina (Curtis, 1837), P. cruciferae (Goeze, 1777) and P. nigripes (F., 1775) were studied. This study is on the genetics and biochemical systematics of these 6 economically harmful species, including ...

Sélection trophique chez les Alticinae (Coleoptera Chrysomelidae)

Bulletin mensuel de la Société linnéenne de Lyon, 1991
Trophic selection among the Alticinae (Coleoptera Chrysomelidae) A general revision of what is known of the trophic selection of the genera of the Alticinae is given below. It is impossible in the actual state of knowledge to deduct evolutionary perspectives of that selection.

Contribution to the knowledge of the Slovenian Alticinae fauna (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae): Prispevek k poznavanju favne bolhačev (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Alticinae) Slovenije:

2010
