Some aspects of aluminide coatings on nimonic alloys
The literature relating to the aluminising of Ni-based alloys has been reviewed. Experimental studies have been made to determine the Al uptake, and characterise the aluminide coatings produced on MAR-M002 and Nimonic Alloy PE16 at 700°C–1000°C.
