Polyserositis: An Unusual Complication of Aluminum Phosphide Poisoning [PDF]
Background: Aluminum phosphide is the common cause of poisoning in adults in India, with a very high case fatality ratio. We studied five patients of aluminum phosphide poisoning with polyserositis.

ABSTRACT Mo2TiC2 MXene was exfoliated in situ using hydrofluoric acid solution and subsequently integrated with CdIn2S4 through physical stirring and grinding. The composite material demonstrated exceptional photocatalytic hydrogen evolution (PHE) activity without the loading of any noble metal co‐catalysts, achieving a hydrogen production rate as high

This study synthesizes monodisperse oxide nanoparticles with abundant ionic vacancies encapsulated in 2D porous carbon sheets via pyrolysis of a high‐entropy precursor, constructing a cross‐scale catalytic interface. It enables Li‐S batteries with a high capacity of 761 mAh g−1 at 3 C and retains 80.44% capacity after 1000 cycles at 1 C.

Rice tablet (Aluminum Phosphide) poisoning
The abuse of some pesticides especially to suicide is one of the current problems of pesticides. Aluminum phosphide induced poisoning usually happens to suicide and sometimes it is due to accidental occupational exposure and in a few cases it has some criminal intensions. This study is conducted to evaluate patients poisoned with aluminum phosphide. In

The structure, properties, preparation methods, and characterization techniques of BP. As a typical 2D layered material, black phosphorus (BP) demonstrates exceptional promise in various fields, particularly in energy storage for alkali metal‐ion batteries. However, its distinctive structure and properties, together with the compositional complexity of

Fresh red blood cells transfusion protects against aluminum phosphide-induced metabolic acidosis and mortality in rats [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Aluminum phosphide (AlP) is used as pesticide in some countries for protection of stored grains. Human poisoning with AlP due to suicide attempt or accidental environmental exposure is associated with very high mortality partially due to ...

Prognostic factors of acute aluminum phosphide poisoning [PDF]
In Morocco, acute aluminum phosphide poisoning (AAlPP) is a serious health care problem. It results in high mortality rate despite the progress of critical care. The present paper aims at determining the characteristics of AAlPP and evaluating its severity factors. We studied consecutive patients of AAlPP admitted to the medical intensive care unit (ICU)

A capsule‐shaped silicate clay (H‐ATP‐N2) rich in protonated edge hydroxyl groups (‐OH2+) is synthesized through a two‐step process involving microwave‐assisted acid treatment and N2 plasma etching to fibrous natural attapulgite. The H‐ATP‐N2 host inhibits the shuttle effect owing to the dominant adsorption mechanism–Lewis acid–base interaction between
