Low‐level light (LLL) rejuvenates exhausted CD8+ T cells, boosting STING‐driven tumor eradication and prevents metastasis. NanoSTING@Mn enhances CD8+ T cells infiltration while LLL restores its function expanding to progenitor‐exhausted cells. These cells form central memory T cells in lymphoid organs. Long‐Term Stable Subdural Recordings Enabled by Fibrosis‐Resistant Hydrogel‐Integrated µECoG Arrays

An adhesive hydrogel‐integrated micro‐electrocorticography (aGel‐µECoG) array is developed to ensure stable neural recordings by minimizing neuroinflammation and fibrosis during implantation. The hydrogel serves as a biological and mechanical bridge, enabling bioadhesive, reversible, anti‐fibrotic integration with brain tissue.

Osteoclast‐Derived SLIT3 Mediates Osteoarthritis Pain and Degenerative Changes

In TMJ‐OA, osteoclasts play a significant role in promoting the growth of sensory nerves at the osteochondral interface. In early OA, TRAP+ osteoclast‐derived SLIT3 induces sensory nerve growth into the condylar cartilage. This nerve growth facilitates the development of pain associated with OA.

NOX2‐Driven Oxidative Stress Promotes EndMT and Uncouples Angiogenesis–Osteogenesis at the Bone–Implant Interface in Diabetes

NOX2‐driven oxidative stress disrupts angiogenesis–osteogenesis coupling at the diabetic bone–implant interface. Pharmacologic inhibition and endothelial‐specific NOX2 knockout restore type‐H endothelium, suppress EndMT, and improve osseointegration.

Cortical Microvascular Pulsatility in the Aging Mouse Brain and the Confounding Effects of Anesthesia

Multi‐modal optical imaging reveals microvascular pulsatility in the brain cortex of awake and anaesthetized mice. Awake hemodynamics in male mice are found to be remarkably stable until late life, with flow pulsatility being significantly higher than in females, despite similar average perfusion.
