Boundary representations of operator spaces, and compact rectangular matrix convex sets
Journal of operator theory, 2016We initiate the study of matrix convexity for operator spaces. We define the notion of compact rectangular matrix convex set, and prove the natural analogs of the Krein--Milman and the bipolar theorems in this context.

AM-compactness of positive Dunford-Pettis operators on banach lattices
Rendiconti del Circolo Matematico di Palermo, 2007The authors characterize Banach lattices \(E, F\) where each positive order weakly compact operator from \(E\) into \(F\) is a Dunford-Pettis operator. They further give a characterization of Banach lattices \(E,F\) where each positive Dunford-Pettis operator from \(E\) into \(F\) is AM-compact. They also consider the converse of the last theorem.

Compact weighted composition operators on spaces of holomorphic functions on Banach spaces
Journal of operator theory, 2023Given an infinite dimensional Banach space X and its open unit ball B, we study when the weighted composition operator Cψ,φ is compact in the space of all bounded analytic functions H∞(B), and when it is bounded, reflexive, Montel and (weakly) compact in

Dedekind σ-complete vector lattice of b-AM-compact operators
Quaestiones Mathematicae, 2017We give several equivalent conditions characterizing the case when Krb-AM(E,F) is Dedekind σ-complete. Moreover, we describe the case when the space of all regular b-AM-compact operators from E to F is complete under the b-AM-norm.Keywords: Banach lattices, b-AM-compact operator, discrete ...

Notes on non-compact maps and the importance of Bernstein numbers
Advances in Operator TheoryIn this review paper we study non-compact operators and embeddings between function spaces, highlighting interesting phenomena and the significance of Bernstein numbers.
